Will I get any long-term effects from lack of sleep? - effects of lack of sleep
OK for the last 2 months, every night I still only about 1-4 hours of sleep. Yes, every day. I woke up and I'm exhausted, but once you take a shower and the day begins, I'm not tired. Of course I get tired in the afternoon because of lack of sleep, but overall I feel good.
I wonder how bad sleep habits have long-term effect on me?
