I'm not sure what you mean by e-mail address.
But if you want to control what's on your PC when you are away, you can install a keylogger on your PC.

It is * very * vicious. He took everything from access to information about the world, passwords and other confidential data type. Keylogger screenshots can also use the current screen displays after a predetermined interval. But would if you're desperate, I do not recommend it as a tactic of free throws to invade the privacy of others.

If I misunderstood your question, please note that I understand) my best to (and to answer your question in a moderate oven

The e-mail package (Outlook / Exchange), or a webmail (Google Yahoo) tend to keep a record of all emails sent, including the destination address.

If you have access to a computer with e-mail will get package ", then" login "with data.

If you do not have access to the computer, you must contact the ISP users. I will require ISPs to a court order before granting access to some elses e-mail file.
