I applied to rent an apartment in Florida. They claim that they are to do a credit check and credit. Recently, I was just arrested for domestic violence (my hearing is next week), I am not guilty pleaing a person (word against mine). Does this show in the report and this hurt my chances for an apartment? I've never had problems before and get a professional job on time.
